1. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on Le Surfing Cormorant by any customer based in France or the European Union.

2. Products All products are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown. We take care to describe each item accurately.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Orders An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock or pricing error.

5. Payment We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French and EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

7. Disputes These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable resolution.
